  • Recipients should liaise directly with the Gift Partner to arrange for return or exchange of a gift.
  • Gift House will not issue refunds to customers once a gift has been purchased.
  • If you see this message when redeeming your gift voucher code, the value of your Gift House Gift Voucher has already been redeemed. After you've entered the gift voucher code on our site, your gift voucher will retain the balance for future purchases. If you have a balance on your Gift House Gift Voucher, you will be required to enter the code each time you wish to make a purchase.   • Gift House Gift Vouchers cannot be transferred to another account once the Gift House Gift Voucher code has been redeemed. Unused Gift House Gift Voucher balances may not be transferred to another Gift House registered account.
